Order of Events

Here is how the night unfolds, one moment after another.

  1. The Ceremony

    Bridget and Gabriel say their vows.

  2. Family Photos

    Right after the ceremony the DJ will call up family for a few quick photos. Listen for your name.

  3. Cocktail Hour

    Once the ceremony ends, everyone heads to cocktails.

  4. Grand Entrance, First Dance & Welcome

    Bridget and Gabriel make their entrance, share a first dance and welcome everyone.

  5. Dinner

    Buffet service. Tables are invited up one at a time.

  6. Toasts

    Raise a glass while you enjoy your dinner.

  7. Cake Cutting

    A sweet moment before the dancing begins.

  8. Father/Daughter Dance

    Then the dance floor opens.

  9. Cake and Coffee

    Cake is served and the coffee cart opens.

  10. Last Dance

    Then guests line up for the couple's exit.

  11. First Shuttle to the Hyatt10:30 PM

    The first shuttle begins heading back to the Hyatt Hotel.

  12. The Exit11:00 PM
