The Weekend
October 15–17, 2026
Three days in Tulsa: a relaxed Thursday hello, the wedding on Friday, and one more round Saturday before you head home. Everything below is the official word. If it's not here, ask Sofia or text Sharon.
Thursday, October 15
Welcome Happy Hour
4:00–8:00 PM
McNellie's Public House — The Upstairs
409 E 1st St, Tulsa, OK 74120
A relaxed evening for everyone traveling in to mingle, enjoy a cocktail, grab a bite and spend time together before the big day. We stretched it to four hours so nobody is rushed. The venue has a full restaurant downstairs, so feel free to stay and have dinner there too.
No RSVP needed — just come say hi.
About a 7-minute walk from the Hyatt, or a 2-minute ride. The party is on the upper floor; ask the host about the elevator if stairs are a concern.

Getting there
Pickup is at the Hyatt Regency lobby between 5:00 and 5:30 PM. One shuttle and two Escalade SUVs run continuously, so please be sure to get on one. The first shuttle begins heading back to the Hyatt at 10:30 PM.
Rideshare to WOMPA is about 10 minutes from downtown. Driving yourself? Carpool if you can — on-site parking at the venue is limited.
Take the shuttle from the Hyatt lobby; it drops you at the door. The ceremony and reception are at the same address, so there is no walking between venues.
Listed as wheelchair accessible, with parking on site. The shuttle sets you down at the door, and the ceremony and reception are in the same building, so there is no walking between them. The floors are original industrial surfaces, so a low block heel will serve you better than a stiletto.
The celebration is adults-only (18+). We love your little ones, but this one's a night for the grown-ups.

No RSVP needed.
About a 5-minute ride from the Hyatt (a 25-minute walk). Come and go as you like.
Attire & theme
Industrial greenhouse
Formal elegance meets wild, untamed growth.
- Ladies
- Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses.
- Gentlemen
- Tuxedos with a necktie or bow tie. A dark suit works too — just add a floral detail.
Optional wink to the theme: one floral detail — a pocket square, a hairpiece, a boutonnière, a floral tie, or a floral print. A detail rather than the whole outfit. Warmly encouraged, never required.
Frequently asked
Sofia's FAQ
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is outdoors. Cocktail hour is indoors (the indoor space is optional, so you are welcome to stay outside), and the rest of the party is outdoors again. Heaters are arranged, but the forecast is cold, so please bring a coat or layers.
Can I bring my kids?
The wedding itself is an adults-only celebration (18+). But Tulsa is great with kids — the Gathering Place, the Zoo, and the Aquarium are perfect for daytime adventuring if you're bringing the family along for the trip.
Is there parking at the venue?
Shuttle pickup at the Hyatt is 5:00–5:30 PM (one shuttle and two Escalade SUVs run continuously, so please be sure to get on one) and we recommend it — the easiest way there and back. If you drive, the venue is at 3306 Charles Page Blvd; carpool if you can, since on-site parking is limited.
What if I miss the shuttle?
Rideshare to WOMPA takes about 10 minutes from downtown.
What's the dress code, really?
Black-tie-leaning: tuxedos with a necktie or bow tie for gentlemen, floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for ladies. The theme is industrial greenhouse — an optional floral accent (pocket square, hairpiece, boutonnière, bold print) is a lovely wink to it.
Is there a welcome event?
Yes! Thursday, October 15, 4:00–8:00 PM at McNellie's Public House — The Upstairs, downtown and walkable from the Hyatt. Cocktails and a bite, with no rush. There is a full restaurant downstairs, so you are welcome to stay for dinner. No RSVP needed, just come say hi.
Anything Saturday?
“One More Round” — 2:00–5:00 PM at Nothing's Left Brewing Co., 1502 E 6th St. Drop in before you head home. No RSVP needed.
Is there an after-party, or anything on Sunday?
“One More Round” on Saturday afternoon is the finale — there is no after-party and nothing official on Sunday. Most people head home that day, so enjoy a slow morning or squeeze in one more stop from the guide before your flight.
I don't own a tuxedo — what should I wear?
A dark suit is absolutely fine. Add a floral detail — a pocket square, a boutonnière, or a bold floral tie — and you are right in the spirit of the industrial greenhouse theme.
Where do I share my photos from the wedding?
On the wedding night, scan the QR code at the reception with your phone camera and upload your favorite photos from the night. You can also go straight to https://www.pix.wedding/upload/event-a8276d51.
Where should I eat Thursday night?
The Blue Dome and Brady Arts districts near the welcome event have great options. Hodges Bend is a favorite — coffee by day, cocktails by night.
What's the weather like in October?
Typically mid-70s during the day and around 50°F in the evening — layers are your friend.
How do I book the hotel block?
Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown, 100 E 2nd St S. Use group code G-SIRB via the booking link on the Zola site. The code is valid for October 15–18 only.
Where do I fly into?
Tulsa International (TUL) — 10–15 minutes from downtown and the Hyatt.
Where is the official wedding website?
It's on Zola at zola.com/wedding/bridget-gabriel. That's where you RSVP, see the registry, and find the booking link for the hotel block. This site is the companion to it: your itinerary, the Tulsa guide, and me.
I don't walk long distances easily. Will I be okay?
Yes. The shuttle drops you at the venue door, and the ceremony and reception are in the same building. Sofia's guide marks which restaurants have step-free entrances and how far each one is from the Hyatt, and rideshares are quick downtown.
